Ghughutistore.com is committed to deliver your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring best quality packaging. Pre-paid orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days for major cities  and within 4-7 days for the rest of India from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first re-confirmed and then dispatched.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post but cannot guarantee the same. 

Shipping Charges
  • Ghughuti Store provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 499 in India. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 is payable only on orders below Rs. 499.

 

Time Taken

  • Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 - 5 working days (major cities).
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.
  • Time frame for order from dispatch date:
  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-5 working days
  • Rest of India: 4-7 working days.
  • COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company's end for processing. 

 

Tracking

  • You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID.

 

If Order Is Undelivered

  • For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as reward points to your Ghughuti Store account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.


If Product is received in Damaged Condition

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at info@ghughutistore.com mentioning your Order ID or send us a Whatsapp message at  +91 7042740873 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

  • We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
